25/SP/2020 - Hook Lighthouse – Traffic, Environmental & Related Engineering Services

The aim of this project is to create, develop and incorporate two new experiences; ‘Shipwreck’ and ’Majesty of Land and Sea’ into its overall visitor offering at the Hook Lighthouse visitor centre. The services requires for this appointment will include the following: • preparation of traffic & environmental assessments; • environmental reports – EIA & NIS; • preliminary design for traffic & services works; • detailed design for traffic & services works; • procurement for traffic & services works; • construction management services for traffic & services works; • handover.
