7524 - Framework Agreement for the Supply of Fixed Penalty Notice Payment & Administration System

This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail (“IÉ”) for the procurement of a Fixed Penalty Notice Payment & Administration System. The competition is for a Single Supplier Framework Agreement, one Supplier will be the sole Supplier.

 

 

 

IÉ Revenue Protection Unit (“RPU”) has a requirement for a new Fixed Payment Notice (“FPN”) system to deliver a streamlined FPN administration with comprehensive reporting and analytical capabilities. The proposed system must be compliant with GDPR and EU Data security standards.

 

 

 

National Transport Authority (“NTA”) requires that the system may at sometime in the future have capacity to extend to other operators. Therefore, it is envisaged that CIE group members; Bus Eireann,  Dublin_Bus and CIE Tours International will have individual “Call- off contracts” to support their individual requirements at a later date.
