UL0590 - Civil Maintenance and Hard Works

The selected contractor shall carry out works according to the schedule as set out on a full time basis. These works will be carried out under the direction of the Buildings & Estates Department. Please note documents attached. All work shall be carried out in compliance with all applicable H&S legislation and codes of practice in Ireland and in particular with: 1. The Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 2. The Safety Health and Welfare At Work (General Application) Regulations 2007-2016 3. The Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013 and 2019 4. The Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Biological Agents) Regulations 2013 5. The Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Chemical Agents) Regulations 2015
