A. To establish from market operators their capabilities with regard to providing solutions that they have implemented in equivalent or larger sized child related social services agencies in the UK, EU, North America or elsewhere. The solutions must be designed for or be readily capable of: (i) Aligning with the Signs of Safety practice model (ii) Have advanced supports for data privacy with demonstrated capability to adhere to Tulsa’s stringent data privacy by design requirements. ‘ (iii) Include a case management solution to support record keeping, document management, work/process flow, rules/controls and reporting requirements related to the delivery of social services. This should include capabilities for traditional back office working as well as mobile working (iv) Facilitate user self-service and collaboration solutions for external users that children, families, support networks and practitioners can use working together B. To understand what the market can offer with regard to solutions that can minimise disruption to the business and users transitioning from what is familiar to a new system.
