Educational Training Boards Ireland (ETBI) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
This “Competition” is being conducted by the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) on behalf of the Contracting Authority. Please note that the Office of Government Procurement (“OGP”) will be the contact office for all communications in relation to this public competition.
In summary, the Services comprise: the provision of a Specialist Education Services to deliver services on behalf of ETBI for the benefit of the ETB sector. QQI has developed a suite of Quality Assurance guidelines in conjunction with stakeholders to be used by providers designing programmes, establishing and reviewing their quality assurance policies and procedures. These guidelines communicate the expectations and the quality of provision, assessment and the teaching and learning experience in the Irish education and training system.
