Detailed description:

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland intend appointing a number of Architectural Consultants to a Framework to provide professional Architectural Services. Services will be in relation to minor capital projects(ranging from minor to intermediate in scale) and reactive works & planned maintenance work. The works will be in new and existing buildings and sites, some of which can be heritage buildings. Some works will be undertaken in live buildings, leading to multi-phased projects, which are management intensive.
