Suitability Assessment Questionnaire - Pre-Qualification for selection of Electrical Reserved Specialist
Dear Sir/Madam
You are hereby invited to prepare and submit documentation for the above process in accordance with the SAQ (QW4) and attached appendices.
Return of Submissions
The closing date for receipt of submissions is 12 noon on Tuesday 19th May 2020. The completed documentation and accompanying details must be delivered into the custody of the Office of Public Works, Project Management Services, Unit 20, Lakeside Retail Park, Claremorris, Co. Mayo, F12DK30 by not later than 12.00 noon on that date. Submissions received after such time and date shall be rejected. Time is of essence in this regard. One hard copy and one copy on electronic disk to be supplied.
- On the outside of the envelope, identify your company and documents contained.
- Identify your company on the disk.
Suitability
Please note that the QW4 assessment criteria is a combination of Pass / Fail and Qualitative.
