Tipperary County Council invite tenders for the engagement of a consultant comprising a multi discipliined Architect Led Design Team to provide relevant Consultancy Services comprising Architecture, Conservation, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design and Fit-Out, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Supervisor Design Process, in respect of the detailed design and delivery of Templemore Town Hall Cultural & Enterprise Centre and Civic Plaza, Templemore, Co. Tipperary.
The Closing date for receipt of queries in regard to this RFT has been amended to Monday, 15t. June, 2020 at 16:30.
The date that the Contracting Authority will not normally issue supplemental information or respond to queries has been amended to Friday, 19th. June, 2020 at 16:30.
Tenders must be submitted electronically through the eTenders portal no later than 12NOON on Monday, 29th. June, 2020.
Strictly subject to Government and HSE advice regarding restrictions relating to Covid-19, a site visit by Candidates may be allowable (limited access only) If visits are possible they will be scheduled by appointment only for Wednesday, 10th. June, 2020 between the hours of 9:30am and 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 4:30pm.
