The EPA is establishing a multi operator framework agreement for the procurement of IT Service Desk resources (1st & 2nd Line) to facilitate and supplement EPA ICT staff on an as need basis. The framework is being established to support current services to ensure a fully resourced service desk is available to provide outstanding service to EPA customers of ICT enabled services.
