Dear Tenderer,

 

Please find attached Request for Tenders (RFT) PBF113F for Merchant Acquiring & Payment Gateway Services.

 

In summary, the Services comprise:

 

1) Merchant Acquiring Services - The settlement services allowing the funds to pass from the end user’s (Payer) account into a Framework Client’s bank account for

 

payment of items and services.

 

2) Payment Gateway Services – Services which facilitate a payment transaction by the transfer of information between a payment portal (such as a website, mobile phone

or interactive voice response service) and Merchant Acquiring Service Provider.

 

 

The Tender Response Date is 12 noon 28th May, 2020. Responses must be submitted to the tender box on www.etenders.gov.ie.

The Office of Government Procurement will not accept responses received by email, fax or post.

Requests for further information or clarifications must be sent to the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie by 12 noon 14th May, 2020.
