PROJ000005505 - SSB038F - Single Supplier Framework Contract for the provision of Construction Related Legal Services for the Office of Government Procurement
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”). The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the award of a Single Supplier Framework Contract (the “Framework Contract”) for the provision of the services which will comprise of the review, advices, preparation and recommendation of amendments to the Capital Works Management Framework comprising Public Works Contracts, Standard Conditions of Engagement, Standard Templates for Cost Planning, Cost Control, and Suitability Assessment and Model Forms and Guidance Notes (“the Services”), as further described in Appendix 1 to this RFT. It should be noted that the Office of the Attorney General (the “AGO”) including the Chief State Solicitor’s Office (the “CSSO”) is the primary legal advisor to Government Departments, and the Contracting Authority, including the OGP, will continue to obtain advice from that source.
