Deep Retrofit Refurbishment of Tom Johnson House, Beggars Bush, Dublin 4 – Pre-qualification of Reserved Specialist for Mechanical Installation Works.

 

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

 

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland are seeking a Reserved Specialist for Mechanical Installation Works for the deep retrofit refurbishment of Tom Johnson House at Beggars Bush, Dublin 4. You are hereby invited to submit an application for shortlisting to tender for these works. Attached please find the following documentation:

·         Definitive Project Brief with Appendices, for information

·         Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW4, with Appendices and Supplements

·         Instructions relating to the Format of Submissions

·         Information Documents

·         Form G: Freedom of Information statement to be completed by the applicant

 

The closing date for the receipt of applications is 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 06 May 2020 and the completed submission, consisting of a completed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire with appendices, supplements and supporting documents, must be using the Tender Box facility on the eTenders platform by this time. Late submissions shall not be accepted.

 

We advise that you upload and submit your complete submission well in advance of the deadline as the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland take no responsibility for any difficulties an applicant may experience.

 

You are requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for submissions, questions, response times, etc. as incomplete or non-compliant submissions may not be considered for shortlisting.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-SUPPLY (the eTenders website) as clarifications will be notified using the eTenders messaging facility rather than the Authority’s corporate email address. The Contracting Authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The Authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

 

Submissions will be assessed using the criteria set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Please ensure that all information requested in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and all supporting documentation is included in your submission as this will be the only material assessed. Failure to provide pertinent or requested information may result in you being deemed to be unsuitable for this project.
