Please find attached Request for Tenders (RFT) for the provision of Managed Business Process Support Services.
The scope of the RFT is for the 3 following Lots:
Lot 1 - Contact Management and Related Administration Services
Lot 2 - Document Management and Related Administration Services
Lot 3 - Data Management and Related Administration Services
A full description of these Lots is provided in the Tender document.
The Tender Response Date is 12:00 noon on 15th April 2020.
Responses must be submitted to the tender box on www.etenders.gov.ie
The Office of Government Procurement will not accept responses received by email, fax or post.
Requests for further information or clarifications must be sent to the messaging facility on www.etenders.gov.ie by 12:00 noon on 31st March 2020
