2751 - Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of a 'See and Treat' Dermatology Model

Dear Tenderers,

This competition is being conducted by Beaumont Hospital on behalf of the RCSI Group.  The Contracting Authority, in the first instance, requires the provision of a 'see and treat' dermatology model. Relevant information, including Invitation to Tender and editable Pricing Schedule, Form of Tender and ESPD are available for download on www.etenders.gov.ie

Deadline for for receipt of submissions is 20th March 2020 at 12:00 noon and deadline for clarifications if 17:00 p.m. 11th March 2020.

The subject matter of this framework agreement comprises 'Hospital Services' for the purposes of procurement regulations.  Consequently, this competition is governed soley by Title III of Directive 2014/24/EU.  On this basis, the Contracting Authority is availing of shortened timescales in order to establish these framework agreements.  Moreover, the Contracting Authority, reserves the right, at its discretion, to negotiate the terms of submitted tenders and to negotiate the award of contracts under this framework agreement with the successful framework members.
