Dear Tenderer,
The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this request for tenders (“RFT”) as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below).
1. Central Government.
2. Education Sector.
3. An Garda Siochána
4. The Irish Prison Service.
5. The Defence Forces.
6. Local Government.
7. The Health Sector.
The Office of Government Procurement (the “OGP”) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to include the OGP.
In summary, the Services comprise of the provision of Commercial Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services to Central Government, Education Sector, An Garda Siochána, the Irish Prison Service, the Defence Forces, Local Government and the Health Sector.
(Lots 1 to 9): Multi-Supplier Framework Agreements by Mini Competition for Framework Clients with a requirement for the provision of Commercial Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services.
(Lot 10): Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement by Mini Competition for Framework Clients with a requirement for the provision of Window Cleaning Services.
Please refer to the RFT for further details relating to Lotting requirements and structure.
The Framework Agreement will be for a duration of 24 Months (2 years) with an option to extend by 12 months (1 year) with a maximum of two (2) such extensions.
