The Minister for Finance and Public Expenditure and Reform (the Contracting Authority) is issuing this request for

tenders (RFT)as a central purchasing body for use by the Framework Clients (defined below). The Office of

Government Procurement (the OGP) is an office within the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform tasked with

sourcing goods and services on behalf of the public service. References to the Contracting Authority will be deemed to

include the OGP.

 

The Framework Agreement will be for a duration of 12 Months (1 year) with an option to extend by 12 months (1 year)

with a maximum of three (3) such extensions.

Expected Publication Date: 29/01/2020

Queries and clarification Deadline: Noon on 28/02/2020

Tender Submission Deadline: 12/03/2020

 

This RFT will be divided into 2 categories:

Category A (Lots 1 to 9): Tier 2: Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement by Cascading Direct Drawdown (3 Framework

Members) for Framework Clients with a requirement for the provision of Portable Fire Equipment and associated

Services up to a maximum value of €24,999 per annum.

Category B (Lots 10 to 19): Tier 3: Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement by Mini Competition for Framework Clients with

a requirement for the provision of Portable Fire Equipment and associated Services for a minimum value of €25,000 per

annum.
