Galley design to include most economical and user friendly layout in existing space, utilizing and installing all equipment, including supply of said equipment, but maintaining best value for money, cost effectiveness (in terms of the requirement of additional cabling, air supply, extraction ducting etc), and adhering to best practices in terms of fire safety (marine FSS Code) and HACCP regulations.
