- Staff details and experience, health & safety compliance to be confirmed
- Appendix 2 - Pricing Schedule
- Appendix 3 - Tenderer's Statement
- Appendix 4 - Personal Circumstances
- ESPD - European Single Procurement Document
- Tax clearance details and insurance confirmation.
- Technical and Professional Ability Section completed (as per section 3.2.B)
Note that Appendix 5 (Goods Contract) and Appendix 6 (Confidentiality Agreement) are for information only and are only executed in the event that you are the winner of the tender.
