Design / Consultancy Services for Inis Cealtra Visitor Experience, Scarriff Bay, Lough Derg, Co Clare.

Clare County Council (CCC) wishes to appoint the following design / consultancy services for Inis Cealtra (Holy Island) Visitor Experience, Scarriff Bay, Lough Derg, Co Clare. The following design / consultancy services are required; • Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Services. • Lot 2: Integrated Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor Services. • Lot 3: Visitor Experience / Interpretation Consultant. Consultants for Lot 1 must include as part of their Application the following principal services / disciplines and specialists; Principal Services: • Architect (Design Team Lead) • Civil/Structural Engineer including Marine and Traffic • Mechanical and Electrical Engineer • Landscape Architect Specialists to include; • Grade 1 Conservation Architect • PSDP • Fire Safety Design • DAC • Archaeologist including Underwater Archaeological Surveys • Ecologist • Planning and Environmental Consultant Consultants for Lot 2 must include the following principal services; • Project Manager • Quantity Surveyor Consultants for Lot 3 must include the following principal services; • Tourism / Visitor Experience Consultant (Lead Consultant) • Interpretation / Exhibition Design • Business Planning
