ICT Managed Support Services for LauraLynn Children's Hospice
LauraLynn, Ireland’s Children’s Hospice requires a fully-managed IT service contract to fulfil its ICT needs and enable seamless business continuity across all departments within the service (clinical and non-clinical).
The successful service provider will be required to provide services on a proactive, reactive, administrative and advisory basis.
As part of the managed service contract, the successful tenderer will be required to provide an onsite Engineer for 1 day per month. During this time, all planned maintenance, upgrades, installations etc. can be carried out in addition to regular monitoring and management.
The duration of the initial contract is 36 months with the option to extend annually for a further 24 months.
