Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only. 

All communication should be in accordance with the rules contained within the documentation.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format / protocol for questions, response times, format of response and whether via hard copy or via etenders website only.

Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response.  The authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e. the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather than the authorities corporate email address.  

Please note there is a common RFT in the common RFT folder, individual Tender Response Documents are contained in the relevant lot as well as being included in a zip file in the common RFT folder. 

Tenderers who wish to avail of a site visit must submit a request for an appointment via the etenders messaging facility by Thursday 9 January 2020 at 17.00 (Irish time). Site Visits will be held on Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 January 2020
