7417 - Independent Assessor for IÉ’s National Train Control Centre (NTCC) Traffic management System Project

To whom it concerns,
Iarnród Éireann (IE) has a requirement to engage an Independent Assessor (IA) for the National Train Control Centre Project (NTCC). The selected Independent Assessor (IA) will be asked to produce an independent Assessment Plan against this Remit. The IA is to fulfil the roles of an Assessment Body (CSM-AB) under the Common Safety Method on Risk Assessment and Evaluation [CSM 402/2013]. The IA may be required to fulfil the role of an Independent Assessor (IA) under the CENELEC standard EN50129.
The conditions for submitting an application are laid out in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire whichcan be downloaded from the Etender site.
