RE: Main Contractor for the Deep Retrofit Refurbishment of Tom Johnson House, Beggars Bush, Dublin 4.

 

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland invite you to submit an application to be shortlisted for the above competition.

 

Please find enclosed the following documentation:

·         Definitive Project Brief, with Appendices

·         Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW1, with Appendices and Supplements

·         Information Documents

·         Form G – Freedom of Information Statement

 

Applications should take the form of a response to the enclosed Suitability Assessment Questionnaire QW1, including appendices and supplements. Completed applications must be submitted using the Tender Box facility on the eTenders platform by 12:00 noon on Wednesday 15 January 2020. Late submissions shall not be accepted.

 

Queries must be submitted and all responses shall be issued via the messaging facility on the eTenders platform.

 

Please carefully follow all directions contained within the documentation as non-compliant submissions may not be considered for shortlisting.
