2733 - MULTI-PARTY FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF A ‘SEE AND TREAT’ NEUROLOGY MODEL

To whom it may concern,

 

The Contracting Authority intends to establish a multi-party framework agreementwith suitably-qualified and experienced medical service providers for the provision of a neurology outpatient ‘see and treat’ model of care for between approximately 200 and 250 patients. Under this model, outpatient neurology appointments will be scheduled with all patients. It is anticipated that certain appointments may result in a care pathway involving follow-up appointments, CT and/or MRI scans, electromyography tests and nerve conduction studies.
