DLR Libraries provide services across the County through a network of 8 branch libraries, including DLR LexIcon, currently the largest public library in the country, which also contains the administrative Library Headquarters and DLR Arts Office. Fingal County Councils' administrative area has the third largest, fastest growing and youngest population of any county in Ireland.
