all communication should be in accordance with the rules of the competion contained with the documents.
The supplier is requested to read all dicumentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times, format of responses an that all responses are to via eTenders website only.
Please note that the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a response. The authority also reserves the right to cncel the procurement at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract.
Suppliers are requested to monitor emailsfrom EU-Supply(i.e. eTenfers website) as clarifications willbe notified from the etenders email rather than the authorities corporate email address.
