To whom it may concern,
The Contracting Authority intends to establish a framework agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation for the provision of Microsoft services. In particular, the Contracting Authority intends to engage a strategic Microsoft partner to support its current Microsoft environment and to support the development of platforms that have not yet been deployed in the Contracting Authority’s environment.
