Call for Competition - Pressure Vessel Inspection Services
This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of the services to inspect, test and certify pressure vessels on the 29000, 8500 and 8100 Fleets and also the repair/replacement of non-conforming vessels.

The Chief Mechanical Engineers (CME) department of Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) has a requirement for the inspection, testing and certifying of Pressure Vessels on its 29000, 8500 and 8100 Fleets.
29000 Fleet consists of: 116 Cars (29 Sets) (1 Set = 37 Vessels)
8500 Fleet consists of: 68 Cars (34 Sets) (1 Set = 10 Vessels)
8100 Fleet consists of: 76 Cars (38 Sets) (1 Set = 7 Vessels)
IÉ are therefore seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced companies to participate in a Prequalification process for the inspection, testing and certifying of Pressure Vessels and also to repair/replace any non-conforming vessels.
