TALSOC444 - Supply, Delivery, Managed Service of Customised Procedure Packs for Cardiac Catherisation Lab, Radiography and Dialysis Departments

This specification document describes the product requirements for a range of Customised Procedure packs for the Cardiac Catherisation Lab & Radiology departments of the Adelaide & Meath Hospital incorporating the National Childrens' Hospital, Tallaght, Dublin 24, Ireland. The overall objective of this Tendering process is to identify a suitable range of Customised Procedure packs to satisfy the clinical needs and requirements of the hospital in line with the Hospital’s specifications as per Appendix A and also the following performance and functional specification. The proposal must offer value for money.
