Building contractor required for works at the above Community Hospital which comprise the refurbishment/reconfiguration of approximately 800SqM of the existing hospital, together with extensions of approximately 1,900SqM in floor area to provide 31 No. new single bedrooms with support facilities, together with a separate laundry store, dry goods store and staff facilities, etc. The proposed expansion/redevelopment will provide high quality facilities for existing and additional residents, with improved services/facilities and increased and varied social spaces, both internally and externally.
