FCC/413/19 - ER Led Design Team Framework Tender

Fingal County Council is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Employers Representative Led Integrated Design Team Services for construction and refurbishment/upgrading/repair type projects including but not limited to Residential use, Estate/Public Space areas, Public Buildings and Facilities, Public Realm type works, etc. The construction projects envisaged will range in value from €1 million – circa €20 million and may be a combination of a number of sub-projects for residential and/or other related projects such as libraries, community facilities, etc. Projects may require full or partial Stage Service delivery as set out in Schedule B of the Tender and Schedule; these will be defined in future mini-competitions to the framework members. The Multi Party Framework will be made available for use by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, South Dublin County Council and Wicklow County Council also. The Multi-Party Framework Agreement will be established on foot of initial contracts for: • Project A – Full design team service for delivery of a proposed residential construction project at Hayestown, Rush, County Dublin • Project B – Partial consultancy service for the project oversight, control and administration of a Contractor Design & Construction contract for 69 Accelerated Delivery Dwellings at Cappaghfinn 3, Cappagh Road, Cappogue, Dublin 11.
