Procurement of Architect Lead Design Team for Residential Projects in Co. Leitrim

The Design Team included on the Framework Agreement will be required to provide professional design, procurement and project supervision related services on projects for the Housing Delivery Unit of Leitrim County Council. The Framework Agreement shall cover all aspects of residential construction projects, including but not limited to:  role of Designer and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP);  site survey, location and assessment of services;  site investigation works and structural assessments;  undertake Geotechnical Design;  preparation of environmental & ecological reports;  procurement & supervision of archaeological contractors;  preparation and submission of planning drawings and documents;  CAD drafting and design of residential buildings/extensions;  quantity surveying and preparation of tender/construction documents;  Mechanical & Electrical Design, Installation Supervision & Sign off  preparation of design risk assessments and preliminary safety plans;  Works Contract Procurement utilising the Capital Works Management Framework;  advertisement, assessment and award of tenders;  supervision of works, certification of works (Assigned Certifier) and quality assurance/control;  cost control and general project/contract management; and shall be deemed to include all other associated work required on such projects.
