ET1907 - RFT for the Establishment of a Connected and Autonomous Mobility Consultancy Framework

The RSA is seeking Tenders for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework for the provision of consultancy services in relation to Connected and Autonomous Mobility that will last for a period of 4 years (the “Framework”). The Framework will be established on foot of an initial contract as described in the attached RFT documents. Following evaluation, the top 3 scoring Tenderers (if such number exists) will be selected for admission to the Framework with the initial contract being awarded to the highest scoring Tenderer. All subsequent contracts (if any) will be awarded following a Mini Competition between those suppliers who are admitted to the Framework. The RSA intends to hold a Tenderers’ Briefing for interested Tenderers in Dublin, Ireland on Friday 20 September 2019. Tenderers interested in attending must confirm same via the eTenders messaging system no later than 12:00 (Noon) Irish Local Time on Thursday 12 September 2019.
