Detailed description:

The Department is seeking tenders from interested parties for the provision of: (1) A Marginal Abatement Cost Curve and Report to identify least cost 2050 decarbonisation pathways for Ireland, including Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050; (2) A Marginal Abatement Cost Curve and Report to identify the abatement potential of circular economy (including bioeconomy) activities; and (3) assistance in the development of a pilot aggregated retrofitting model for Ireland.
