Dear Applicant,

Please note that Limerick Twenty Thirty wish to procure an Integrated Project Management Team for the following project:

Project Opera Development in Limerick - RFT for Integrated PM Team

The Integrated PM Team will comprise the following consultants:

                                                                    Project Manager (incl ER)

                                                                 Quantity Surveyor

                                                                                   PSDP

                                                                  Assigned Certifier

The PM Firm will be the Lead Applicant and single point of responsibility for the full integrated team.

It is permitted for consultants to group together to put themselves forward as candidates or tenderers for this competition.

A group of consultancy services is not required to assume a legal form prior to exection of a contract with Limerick Twenty Thirty.

Interested Applicants should read the Project Information Memorandum, SAQs, ITT, and other Tender Documents carefully prior to completing a submission.

All details relating to queries by applicants and the format and deadline for the submission are included within the PIM, ITT and SAQ forms.
