Call for Competition – 7349 Provision of Strategic Consultancy
This is a call to competition by CIÉ for the procurement of a global management consultancy to work with the CIÉ CEO and senior managers to undertake a strategic review to support the competitive positioning of CIÉ and to establish key medium term objectives underpinning a new Five Year Strategic plan across consecutive phases for sign-off by the CIÉ Board in June 2020.
