Consulting Service for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design of Building Services
The Office of Public works wish to create regional framework contracts for the design of mechanical and electrical services in buildings. The work will largely be for maintenance and refurbishment works. Full details of the tender competition are in the tender documents. The work is largely reports, plant and equipment replacement , minor / intermediate works such as fit-outs and refurbishments and some new build .The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the contracting authority for this public procurement competition. The successful tenderers will be invited to participate in a Framework Agreement(s). There will be FOUR framework contracts based on geographical areas and each area shall have a separate Framework Agreement. The OPW may procure services for mechanical and electrical engineering design services through this Framework Agreement.
