Re: Invitation to Tender for the alterations and refurbishment of 43 and 43a Nicholas Street, Limerick
Dear Sir/Madam,
SM Building Consultancy, on behalf of our Client, Focus Housing CLG, intend to appoint a successful contractor to complete the demolitions, extension, alterations and refurbishment of the above address.
We now enclose tender documents as follows: -
· Qualification Questionnaire
· MEAT Award Criteria
· Pricing Document
Fully completed returns inclusive of Pricing Document should be returned via soft copy email or hard copy via mail / hand delivered with the Contractors name on each return and must be submitted for the attention of Mr Sean Mooney no later than 0000hrs on 31st August 2019 to on the eTender platform.
In addition, Tenderers must include all requested documentation in order to be considered.
Contractors are advised that the successful tenderer will be placed on the Panel on the basis of all information submitted as per the MEAT Criteria.
It is imperative that the Contractor fully understand the extent and type of work to be undertaken.

Tenderers should note that any alteration or adjustment to the text of the tender documents will invalidate the tender.
