Dear Supplier,
Amuigh Faoin Aer Teo (Trading as Ireland by Bike) is seeking tenders for the provison of 30 electric assist bikes and 30 regular bikes along with accessories.
Please provide quotations for -
Lot 1: 30 electric assist bicycles (e-bikes)
Lot 2: 30 regular bicycles.
Lot 3: 60 Speed lifter twist. This may also be included as part of the quotation for Lot 1 (e- bikes) and Lot 2 (regular bikes) above, if bikes can be supplied with Speed Lifter twist fitted.
Lot 4: 60 single rear panniers.
Lot 5: 60 helmets
Include quotations for a variety of models if available.
Note: We are interested in receiving quotations for a variety of e-bikes with different motors, eg. Bosch Active line+ vs Bosch Performance, Shimano STEPS E6000 vs Shimano STEPS E7000, etc.
Amuigh Faoin Aer Teoranta appreciate that specification of bicycles vary widely, however please quote for the models with the closest possible specification to that listed in the attached documents “Lot 1 30 Electric Assist Bikes” and “ Lot 2 30 Bicycles”
Ideally bikes should be delivered between 01 January 2020 and 29 February 2020.
In the event that a new range of bikes will not be available for delivery at this time, but will become available over the following months, we are willing to consider this option. In this case please state clearly the date when bikes will be available for delivery.
Quotations should include delivery to Amuigh Faoin Aer Teo. at Teelin Rd, Carrick, F94 C8K3 Co. Donegal, Ireland
E-bikes, bicycles and accessories are being purchased with assistance under the Rural Development Programme (LEADER) 2014 – 2020
