CIE 7292 - Qualification System (QS) for Licensing and Software Maintenance

This is a call to competition by CIE for the procurement of software licence provision and renewal and software maintenance services.

 

CIE Group IT&T has annual requirements for renewal of software licensing and maintenance support for a variety of software systems, infrastructure systems and security products. The CIE Operating Companies (Irish Rail, Bus Éireann, Bus Átha Cliath amd CIE Tours International) may also have particular requirements for software licensing and maintenance support services from time to time.

 

It is intended via this competition to establish a multi-supplier Qualification System (“QS”) for the ongoing delivery of software licensing and maintenance support for all entities in the CIE Group.

 

Entry to the multi-supplier Qualification System will be determined by evaluation of PQQ award criteria.

 

Once approved as Qualification System member suppliers shall be invited to tender on Software licensing requirements as they arise.

 

The life cycle of this Qualification System will be 5 years maximum.

 

 

 

Closing date for initial responses will be: 7th September
