Please note that all documents relating to this competition are available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie only. 

All communications should be in accordace with the rules contained within the documentation. 

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, respose times, format or response via etender web site only. 

Please note the contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred in preparing a reposnse. The authority also resererves the right to cancel the procurement competition at any stage up to formal conclusion of a contract. 

Suppliers are requested to monitor emails from EU-Supply (i.e the etenders website) as clarifications will be notified from the etenders email rather that the authorities corporate email address.
