Ref: Telephony RFT - Telephony Managed Service

The RFT has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Provision of a Managed Service for support and maintenance of the Telephony platform which is comprised of a CS1K Phone System, Call Pilot and Nortel Call Recording for retention of historical recordings. The CS1K supports approximately 3400 devices across the Civic Offices and WAN sites. It should be noted that while DCC does not consider that this tender will be at EU level expenditure it is voluntarily advertising at this level for transparency and in support of procurement principles.
