The IBTS wishes to tender for a managed service contract to support their IT Infrastructure. The IBTS is seeking an innovative service partner who can provide a process driven, proactive, Managed Service that is flexible enough to integrate with its existing requirements while operating to the highest standards and facilitating future developments. The service provider will be expected to provide a 24/7 Service Desk, On-site Deskside Support, back office Infrastructure support and service management operated under a single managed service. While the IBTS requirements are listed as the IBTS understands them at the point of writing, prospective service providers should expect a certain level of ongoing change throughout the lifetime of the contract and should specifically take the dynamic nature of this service into consideration when making their offering.
