Detailed description:

The Authority wishes to procure an economic operator to provide the following Services: (a) the provision of external Information and Communications Technology ("ICT") resources to support the delivery of ICT projects for the Authority (the "Personnel Requirements"); and (b) the provision of a support desk for the Authority's Pensions Data Register system (the "Support Desk Requirements").
