ESS068C - ESS068C - Maintenance & Support of onsite end-to-end multi-functional security technology systems at NUI Galway
Dear Supplier,
The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf National University of Ireland Galway (NUIG) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”).
In summary, the Services comprise of the Maintenance and Support of onsite end-to-end multi-functional security technology systems at NUI Galway’s main campus and satellite locations. Requirements encompass the supply of an onsite Qualified Technician, 24/7 response solution, to maintain all security software and hardware systems, and to update or expand the systems as required.

The supplier is requested to carefully read the documentation in relation to format/protocol for questions, response times and format of response.
