The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing these tender documents as a central purchasing body for use by (the “Framework Clients”). (The Contracting Authority invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this tender competition (“Competition”), and to the QC 2 Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (“SAQ”) attached to the published Contract Notice, from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for participation in a Framework Agreement (“Framework Agreement”) for the provision of the Services (“Services”) as described in Indicative Scope of Services document.
The service requirements will be divided into two lots as follows:
Lot 1 Asbestos Surveys (MAS & RDAS)
Lot 2 Asbestos Air Sampling & Laboratory Analysis Services
