ESS061F - ESS061F Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of The Supply of Staff Learning and Development - Services University of Limerick

The Education Procurement Service (EPS) on behalf of the University of Limerick (UL) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the appointment to a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of the Services described in The Tender Response document (TRD) to this RFT (the “Services”).

  This public procurement competition will be divided into fourteen (14) Lots as described   on the attached competition documents.

Tenderers can tender for all Framework Lots/Sub-lots or a combination of Framework Lots/Sub-lots or just one Framework Lot/Sub-lot. There is no maximum number of suppliers who can be appointed to a Lot/Sub-lot.

Tenderers must confirm in the table in the Tender Response Document (TRD) the Lots/sub-lots which they wish to be considered for.
