Provision of expertise regarding the relocation of turf cutters to non-designated raised bogs or zones within special areas of conservation to which derogations under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 1992 may be applied in the context of i. suitability assessment of relocation site, ii. design and plan of site, iii. Input into planning application and any other consent documentation as required, iiii. Land ownership and land purchase matters, which are related tasks. Also land ownership and land purchase matters regarding conservation measures under the National Raised SAC Bog Management Plan 2017 - 2022
