7238 - Supply & Support Agreement for MPLS-TP Equipment and Associated Design & Support
Dear Sir/Madam
This is a call to competition by Iarnród Éireann - Irish Rail for a single supplier framework for the procurement of a Supply Agreement for MPLS-TP Equipment, Associated
Design & Support Services.
It is intended to establish:
- A framework agreement for 6 years (2020 – 2026) for the design, supply and maintenance support of the new MPLS-TP equipment & network management systems during the installation and roll out stage.
- To enure continuity of technical support beyond the initial supply agreement, it is also intended to enter into a separate long term maintenance & support agreement for 8 years (running from 2026 – 2034).
The proposed system equipment must be compliant with the following ITU-T Recommendations for MPLS-TP: G.8110.1, G.8112, G.8113.1, G8113.2, G.8121, G.8131, G.8151, G.8152.
Any proposed MPLS-TP equipment must have been successfully deployed in a European Railway Environment for the transmission of Operational Railway Traffic such as Signalling Control, Safety Critical Voice Communications, Level Crossing Control & Video Images, OHLE Control Systems.
The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be completed in its entirity in English and submitted through the Etender protal.
