CLESER201905 - tender for the Provision, Supply, Delivery of Cleaning Services and landscaping Contract

Waterford Institute of Technology invites tenders for the following from suitably experienced Cleaning and Landscaping Companies and Service providers. The Institute currently has a Cleaning services Contract in place and TUPE may apply to this tender. This Cleaning and Landscaping Services Contract will be awarded as two lots. Lot 1 – Cleaning Contractor to provide office, workshop and training kitchen cleaning including provision of cleaning consumables. Specialist ad hoc cleaning will also be required for example; window cleaning, unblocking of drains, chewing gum removal, upholstery and carpet cleaning. Lot 2 – Landscaping (grass cutting and weed control) and litter picking to external boundary of Cork Road Campus and ATB car park. The Institute comprises of over 80,000 square meters of accommodation spread over 5 campuses. A breakdown of sizes of buildings on campus, as of April 2019 are detailed below for information purposes and may be subject to change during the duration of this contract.
